Rental of the entire complex is covered by one fee of $1000/day for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and $500/day for Mondays-Thursdays. The fee to hold wedding ceremonies and/or wedding receptions is $2000/day.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to make a reservation. This will be applied toward the rental fee. An additional security deposit of $500 is required before rental and returned afterward unless needed (see conditions).
